Data levels

Your company already sorts its information. AI-GATEWAY uses the same four levels, so a rule is readable at a glance: this level may go to these models, and no others.

N1 Public
Public information. Every model in the catalog is open by default.
N2 Internal
Internal company information. Opens once you connect your own provider key.
N3 Confidential
Confidential information. Europe-hosted models by default.

A level of its own, with the models you choose, one model at a time.

A member opens the catalog, picks a data level and models, gives a reason and a duration, and sends the request.

Approval queue

A team manager or an admin approves in one screen, with a budget and an expiry. A refusal always says why and what to request instead.

Spend by team, model and data level, with every decision in the audit log. Prompts and responses are never stored.
